Lets Talk Skincare

Lord Jones Acid Mantle Repair Moisturizer: Hands down one of the best moisturizers I have ever used! It is thick without being oily and keeps my oily skin really balanced and comfortable all day long. This is a great AM/PM moisturizer if you are looking for just one to use for day and night. It is made to help strengthen your skin’s barrier to help against pollution damage and has CBD in it to reduce redness and inflammation. Obviously due to having CBD in it, this is not pregnancy safe.

Ren Ready Steady Glow AHA Toner: I recently discovered Ren products and I wish I had sooner. This is magic in a bottle. I don’t know how or why but this toner makes my skin GLOW!! It’s my favorite step in my my morning routine these days. It polishes the skin, promotes cell turnover and keeps my skin looking its best!

Summer Friday’s Overtime Mask: Another gem of a product! I’m not really into a lot of masks but all I can say about this one is WOW! First off, Love the packaging. Second, this mask is stellar! It smells like pumpkins and has tiny exfoliating beads to get rid of any dead skin cells. Just ten minutes will give you glowing baby soft skin! You absolutely need this!

Ren Brightening Dark Circle Eye Cream: Recently a friend of mine was asking about an affordable and effective eye cream for dark circles and this one immediately came to mind. Honestly I have been so impressed with Ren products. they are clean, good for the environment and good for you. This eye cream takes away any signs of fatigue and has done a great job at keeping any signs of dark circles at bay. The formula is so moisturizing without being greasy, and you can use this day or night.

Sunday Riley Good Genes: This is truly good genes in a bottle. Who doesn’t want to try products that actually do what they claim?! If you are thirty something or older, girl you NEED this. This is by far one of the best serums I have ever used and will always have this in rotation. It visibly plums the skin in under three minutes (yes!!) + promotes cell turnover + has anti again benefits. An absolute must try!

Tata Harper Resurfacing Mask: I have fallen in love with Tata Harper products since 2020. Every single product that I have tired is so luxurious and an experience in its own and this mask is no exception. At this point, I can safely say that I’m addicted to products that make my skin glow. If you want and instant glow, try this! You will not be disappointed.

Necessaire Hand Cream: Ever since quarantine, my hands have been really dry due to frequent hand washing. I have tried countless hand creams and have not come across a better formula. This is moisturizing without being greasy and fully absorbs into my skin and doesn’t leave a gross film (oh I hate that feeling so much). This is also loaded with multi vitamins to give you all the skincare benefits!

Farmacy Green Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm: Over the years, I’ve exclusively moved to using cleansing balms to remove makeup. I feel like they do a great job without unnecessarily tugging at the skin. I haven’t use this one but it is very highly rates on Sephora so I am buying it this year!

Tan Luxe The Water + Tan Luxe The Face Self Tan Drops: I don’t love a lot of tanning products because if the weird, lingering smell afterwards. However, these two products don’t have the smell after use! The Water is amazing as it is a light mist that you can easily spritz on after a shower. Simple pat it onto your skin and it give a really nice even glow with minimal effort. Same with the Face Drops, I mix two-three drops with my face moisturizer for an even sunkissed glow! Using face tanning drops definitely helps me on no makeup days as my skin looks so much more even without makeup!

Slip Silk Pillow Case and Mask Gift Set: It’s no secret that I love Slip products. Since I’m a side sleeper, I love the sleeping on a silk pillowcase because it stops my skin from tugging all night, therefore, preventing premature wrinkles from forming. The pillow also helps with keeping my hair less frizzy. The gift set with a eye mask is a great value, I love taking my eye mask with my while I’m traveling. It feels so soft and is cooling against my eyes.. bliss! This gift set is the perfect little luxury and would make for a great present too!

Let’s Talk Haircare

Sephora springs savings event, sephora sale, skincare must haves, best skincare, best haircare, ouai

Olaplex Shampoo and Conditioner: I discovered Olaplex Shampoo and conditioner last year when I really felt like my hair needed a break. The shampoo and conditioner I was using at the time was stripping my hair a of all moisture while making my scalp really oily. I was not a good situation. As soon as I switched over to the Olaplax shampoo and Conditioner, my hair brand new, so soft and balanced. It’s always been tough for me to find haircare brands that I truly love and I’m so happy to tried out Olaplex.

Ouai Scalp and Body Scrub: I got a sample of this and ohhh my God, this stuff is amazing! Love the smell and I only really used it to cleanse my hair and it does such a wonderful job! It acts like a clarifying shampoo to remove any buildup. no need to use shampoo after this. Just use conditioner!

Ouai Wave Spray: The only wave spray I use to hold curls / waves. Its not sticky, doesn’t make my hair crunchy and has a great smell!

Ouai Shampoo and Conditioner for Fine Hair: Haven’t tried these but I also haven’t found any Ouai products I didn’t like, so…

Dyson Hair Dryer: The best hair dryer ever! If you want to splurge on one, this is the one you ability need. It is definitely worth the money, dries my hair so fast and I absolutely love that Dyson hair styling products are designed to protect hair from extreme heat damage.

Dyson Airwrap: This is a highly controversial tool, and there is always a heated debate on whether this is worth the hefty price tag, however, I’ve decide to try it out during this year’s sale. Worst case, I’ll return it. I will definitely do a full blog post reviewing it so be on the lookout for that!

Most people I talk to are oblivious to the fact that fast growth shampoos (of course with no sulfates, no parabens or DEA) are even a thing. Persons now may experience longer hair and possess more options. For sure worth investigating.

If you’re talking about alopecia, hair damage, preventing skin disorders, hair growth, hair care more often than not, the same thoughts become relevant.

In general, you should try to steer clear of hair treatments and products that contain chemicals such as parabens, DEA or sulfates.

What’s beneficial for your hair is good for your skin as well.

Obviously your content above hits the nail in the head for multiple reasons. It avoids the usual pitfalls and pitfalls most fall into- using ineffective alternatives. Thank you so much!
